Its goal is to eliminate swelling, accelerate tissue regeneration, improve skin tone, and generally enhance body health.
How Often Should You Go for Massage?
Lymphatic drainage massage should be done in courses. For a healthy person, it is recommended to have 10 lymphatic drainage procedures once a year. Between these sessions, a maintenance lymphatic drainage session once a month is recommended.
During the lymphatic drainage course, the frequency should be at least once a week.
